Invited to attend the provincial seminar and training session on used car exports, discussing new paths to high-quality development
2025-12-03
Recently, our province has successively held special seminar and training sessions on used car exports and symposiums for used car export enterprises, aiming to implement the new national policies on used car export management and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
On November 25th, a special seminar and training session on second-hand car export business organized by the Provincial Department of Commerce was held as scheduled throughout the province. Representatives from the competent departments of the commerce bureaus of various cities, the Provincial Automobile Dealers Chamber of Commerce, the Used Car Export Association and other institutions jointly participated in this meeting. Leshao Automobile Export Group, as a leading enterprise in the province, was invited to attend the conference and delivered a special report. The meeting pointed out that with the in-depth implementation of the new policies on used car exports, the industry is shifting from extensive growth to a high-quality development stage. The policy strengthens full-chain supervision, severely cracks down on "fake export of new vehicles" and private modification behaviors, and requires enterprises to implement the construction of overseas after-sales service outlets and the transparency of vehicle information. Compliant operation has become the basic prerequisite for the survival and development of enterprises. Mr. Ding Bozhen, the chairman of Anhui RACER-HOUSE Automobile Export Group, was invited to attend and delivered a special report titled "Building a New Pattern of High-Quality Development for Used Car Exports - RACER-HOUSE Automobile Export Group's Interpretation of New Policies and Overseas Market Practices". The report points out that by deepening cooperation with automakers to ensure a stable supply of vehicles, laying out overseas service networks to enhance brand reputation, developing compliant modifications and digital traceability to increase market trust, a new overseas expansion model integrating "compliance, service and ecosystem" can be formed. In addition, RACER-HOUSE advocated that enterprises within the province form industrial alliances to achieve resource sharing and go global together, which received a positive response.
On November 26th, the government service center window of the Provincial Department of Commerce, in collaboration with the Provincial Department of Justice, the Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office and other relevant departments, jointly organized an inspection with the Provincial Automobile Dealers Association and the Provincial Used Car Association and held a symposium for used car export enterprises. This symposium focused on the actual challenges after the implementation of the new policy, and conducted in-depth discussions on the pain points, difficulties and bottlenecks in the entire process. Representatives of second-hand car export enterprises from many places in Anhui Province attended the meeting. RACER-HOUSE and other enterprises actively spoke up on the difficulties they encountered in actual operation and suggestions for improvement. The provincial Department of Commerce stated that it will actively study the demands of enterprises and assist in breaking through development bottlenecks. This meeting has pointed out the direction for the used car export industry in our province. RACER-HOUSE stated that it will continue to promote compliance and innovation, and work with all parties to jointly drive the industry towards a new stage of high-quality development.
