On March 24, 2021, Hyundai Motor Group Honorary Chairman Chung Mong-koo resigned from the board of directors of Hyundai Mobis and completely retired from the group's management. Chung also resigned as an unregistered executive of Hyundai Motor.
South Korea's Hyundai Motor and LG New Energy have set up a joint venture in Indonesia, Reuters reported Wednesday.
